Returns

Battery Golf Buggies offers its customers product that is both unique and quality. We offer a 30 day return policy guarantee. If not happy for any reason you will be able to exchange it for something else in the range of equivalent value provided the item is returned in its original condition. You only need to send an email to us with your request, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and the goods need to be sent back. NOTE:  Cost of return freight is at the customer's expense and freight back to you the customer will be charged at the current shipping rates or most cases reply paid envelope is required to be sent with the returned products.

To receive our money back guarantee the item purchased must be returned in original condition with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  The cost of sending the item to you is deducted from any refund and sending the item back is at the customer's expense. 

We also offer a replacement warranty for faulty goods due to manufacturer error. This does not apply to goods that have been damaged due to misuse. This warranty will be for 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Defective product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Email us should you believe you have such product.

All product is shipped in perfect condition from our office. We make every effort to ensure the product is adequately packed for distribution. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged caused while in transit. If a product has been damaged through delivery please take a photo of the damage and forward this to us via email. Once assessed we will contact you to see how we may be able to assist you with a new product, or direct you to the carrier chosen for the delivery
